We have stayed in this sort of accommodation before so it was no surprise that there was an unmanned reception but some guests might be put off by this. The room was spacious, clean and very well presented. The bathroom was clean and modern. The cups were a little dirty but overall we were very pleased with our stay!

This hotel was absolutely terrible. I would under no circumstances recommend this hotel.

I did not stay at east park lodge I was moved to whittingham and cat when I got there there was no one there then I rang them to see what was happening then I got the news that I had to go to a different hotel which I was not very happy about as I had to go somewhere else when I picked that one to be near my disabled friend who needed me to help her but its alright now I dosent matter now im ok were I am thank you would have been to nice to have been notified by phone not e-mail after I had already left to go to the hotel

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the ease of travelling into town. Close to the shops and convenient for all my needs at a price that would be hard to match anywhere.

Booked for work but not notified until 4pm on arrival day.
