We had the best stay at 3 Cambridge villas Andy was the perfect host and a great cook he made a superb breakfast. The breakfast options where fresh and plentiful the hot options where locally sourced and very fresh and as far as I seen all dietary requirements where catered for in plentiful supply. Our room was also perfect the bed was very very comfortable indeed and our room was spotlessly clean. We also had a wonderful Mountain View from our window. We are looking to book and stay again in the near future. Ambleside is the perfect quiet getaway

Great location & value for money. Stayed in Single & Double Bed Rooms, cosy, clean & warm enough for time of year. Beds firm which suits me. Tea & coffee facilities allowed me to take hit drinks out on hikes. Buffet breakfast, both cooked & cereals were great. In town, so everything to hand. Parking available & made use of one hour free parking card. Hosts friendly & helpful. Extended my stay & strongly recommend.

My wife and I recently stayed at 3 Cambridge Villas for 3 nights. Andy, the owner and host was fantastic- very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent, providing great energy for the day for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough good; I highly recommend it!

The room was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Andy was very attentive to our needs and provided a very good breakfast. I would certainly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again.
