24.07.13The bed would have been comfortable if it wasn’t for the plastic protective cover on it that made us hot and crinkled whenever we moved. The breakfast tables were also covered in plastic, so easy to keep wipe over. The continental breakfast was very basic with only one choice of cheese but two choices of ham. This was the same choice every day. The carpets were worn in the area above reception level. There was a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee etc! We were given some by reception but fresh milk in a glass was given, there was no fridge in the room to store it. The place was clean and reception staff friendly. It is not disabled friendly. There are approximately 10 steps from street level to the lift!
