Very close to the centre of Blackpool,on a quiet street.Proprieters very friendly and helpful.

Can't say anything about the hotel because had no chance to stay where I have been booked in by hotel.com but needed to stay at the next door hotel. :(

I was appalled to arrive at the destination over 8 months after having booked it via Hotels.com, only to be advised that ownership had changed in recent months and the accommodation was unable to facilitate the booking I had made. I had to find alternative accommodation on arrival at the destination. Appalling.

Das Hotel hatte geschlossen. Wir mussten kurzfristig eine neue Unterkunft finden!

All I can say is don’t go! although they are a lovely people who you have to go next door to see, the place is a mess stains in the sink shower and toilets no light bulbs in room no tv or WIFI as advertised electrics hanging out of the wall, stains on the landing where its leaked from the upstairs room with all paint flaking off, I’ve also come back Ill as the room felt damp if my photos would upload the place would be condemned
