2nd time weve booked with this company and the 2nd time they managed to "overbook" where we were supposed to stay. We went to the original property where the postcode takes you to find out it looks like maybe staff accommodation. Eventually found the reception office on another street which we weren't told we needed to go to. Spoke to a lady in there and she told us that original property was over booked. Which just so happens what happened a couple years ago with same company. Had to pay a damage deposit which we were not told about at booking. Eventually got to our accommodation but had to wait for a code to be sent via email to access it. So we sat outside the place for 45 minutes as they said it was getting cleaned. Although nobody actually come out the property when we eventually got in the foyer area smelled of wet dog. Luckily inside our room it didnt. In the kitchen sink it looked like someone had tipped dirty water in it out of maybe a carpet cleaner as there was what looked like dog hair all over the bottom of the washing up dish. No good when we needed to wash baby bottles for our 10mth old grandson. Holes in walls. I took photos of everything incase we got accused of causing the damage. Other than that the flat was clean enough. I wouldn't have liked to stay for more than 1 night. The price i thought was ok for the night which for 4 adults 1 baby i thought wasnt too bad until we seen the place. Wish we had booked else.

The apartment was brilliant and just what my son and I needed for a stay in Blackpool. After a long day at the fair it was great to come back and use the kitchen to have a chilled out evening. The beds were comfy, great shower and everything was spotless. The gentleman on reception was also really friendly and helpful. My only negative was where you parked, at the back of the property, felt a little unsafe. I went out to get something out of the car in the evening and was followed back to the street.
