We were fortunate to have a disabled room so there was plenty of room with great views. On our first day we left to visit Yas Marina F1 Circuit early in the morning and returned after 4pm and our room was still not done. We had to ask twice to have them come to do it. However, when Joyce did come, she was a delightful young woman and a great ambassador for the hotel. That was the only day we had the problem and the room was always spotlessly cleaned.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety of different foods. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They all extra miles to make sure you stay is perfect.

For two days our room did not have hot water. We requested on four different occasions and were told it was repaired but it was meet fixed . Finally a manager car to our room and also confirmed that no repairs were done and the water was still cold . We were offered to move rooms on the last night at 11pm which was not very convenient and declined the offer I was told the morning manager would help us out. When I went to the reception desk no manager was available. I waited for one hr then had to catch my cab to leave for Dubai. I was told a a manger would call me that afternoon but no one did. The next day I called the hotel and spoke to a manager who offered me to come back to the hotel and stay in a suit which was not well received as I had leafy Abu Dhabi and was in Dubai at another hotel. I was then informed that he would need to speak to a higher level manager and call me back on Monday It’s now 2pm on Monday and no one had called The hotel is nice but the service level are poor and management is not customer focused.
