포우사다 데 사그르스 - 챠밍 호텔

It is a nice hotel, with quite impressive views of the landscape, and it is pretty near to the beach. But it felt a little bit expensive for the overall quality (just a few days later we went to other 4 stars hotel, for less money, which room was twice the size, with better furniture and more activities near to the hotel location). BUT I must say that the breakfast was EVERYTHING. So... yes, it is nice.

if you want to enjoy a panoramic, quiet, and charming place, this is it. The food was excellent, the staff very attentive and the site is a treasure of historical information and panoramic views.

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel - Great location - walk to town , walk along the cliffs to some great lookouts, also able to walk down to the beach ( maybe not as easy for little children or older adults ) excellent breakfast with many choices - we had dinner in the hotel one evening and it was excellent and not overly expensive ! Try the linguini Nero ! Excellent view from the room for sunrise - We enjoyed drinks poolside as well - good service ! It can be quite windy - but I think that is part of the charm of Sagres ! we liked this hotel chain so much that we booked into another Pousada hotel for our final night in Lisbon - would absolutely recommend this hotel ! Loved the hotel and Sagres was definitely one of the highlights of our Portugal trip !
