How u as a company could advertise this apalling hotel us beyond belief. We arrived there last thurs eve and were extremely upset and disappointed. The room was filthy, smelt and was v old. Holes in the floor under an old dirty carpet. Dirty cups and bed linen. Window in our room would not close. So we had to sleep with it open and i had a child with me so this was not good enough what if my child had fallen out. We complained and tried to arrange alternative hotel but everywhere was booked due to the dancing comp that we were there for. It us totally unacceptable for u to advertise this place. From start to finish it was a disaster and i am sure we are not the only people to complain. Do u actually send people to inspect properties before we offer them?? We wish to be compensated for our horrible experience here. We could not even eat breakfast here, my daughter cried the whole time. Can u please organise my money to be paid back please as we did not get what we paid for. I await your response our matters will be taken further.

The room was not good. The shower was not thought out. The toilet flowed over into the bedroom, carpet was wet for 4 days out of the 10 day I was there. It had flooded with toilet water and I had to stay in the same smelly room. It was disgusting.
