The hotel is well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is that the train station is very close which in many cases it can be an advantage. However, if you're very sensible to the noise this can be a problem.

Odeur de clope à tous les étages en particulier dans les toilettes et les couloirs (j'espère que tous vos clients sont des fumeurs parce que moi ça m'a bien dérangé), on entend le voisin se tourner dans son lit (des murs en papier), des tâches sur le sol (de nouriture...?), enfin bref c'est cher pour ce que c'est, c'est à dire une chambre sale et qui pue.

The room was clean and comfortable byu i had to ask members of staff for milk and coffee twice because it was delivered to my room and it's near the red light district and it's in a rough and dodgy area and but it's quite near the city centre and the metro

Shower didn’t work ,had to have a bath ! Area was very rough ,police sirens all night ,near train station so very noisy .Very run down.

Le dimanche, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée (???). Les équipements commencent à se délabrer, par ex dans la salle de bains. J'avais gardé un bien meilleur souvenir de mon séjour il y a un an.

The benefit here is that this is more or less directly at Brussels Nord station. So if you have an early train and you want to be out of hotel and into station quickly it’s fine. But it’s a poor quality hotel with old style. But beds were comfy and shower was hot so ok on a budget
