The property was in a great location and easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to visit in Montreal. The property was in a good neighborhood with plenty of things to do and see. However there were not enough towels for the number of guests and we were advised that early check in and late check out was not possible. And then when we arrived at the normal check in time our property was still not ready and we were told it was because the previous guests checked out late.

Good location and easy check in. Apartment was well-furnished and stocked. Very walkable location to the Lachine Canal, Atwater Market, and restaurants. ****No parking 'tho manager/rental agent assured me that there was free parking behind the building - the lot was full when we arrived, and it only has 2 hour limits on parking. This was a significant problem ***No not water for our entire stay. We called and emailed several times but got no response. Very cold showers. ***the only A/C was in the living room - not in the 3rd floor bedrooms. I would not stay here again. I did get a partial refund of my rental due to the hot water issues, but I had to fight for that. Expedia refused to issue a refund even though I booked through Expedia. Finally I did get a partial refund from the actual owner/manager.

No parking, no WiFi, shower ceiling was caving in filling the tub with dirt. Poor communication and the only way to contact anyone is through email

Location si very central. Condo is massive. Owner has good way on how to get into the property with no hassle

This place has a great value for money- amazing! Nice location next to restaurants and bars. New bathroom, equity with washer/dryer. Kitchen is big and has dish washer. Living room is comply with a TV. Great for a family or group of friends!
