Clean and relaxing

The premise is amazing but the execution is lacking. The resort is nice. The vibe was quiet and peaceful. There weren't a lot of guests which probably resulted in a minimal amount of staff on site. I stayed in the lakeview suite which game is a bedroom, livingroom area, balcony, a separate attached room with a massage table and a bathroom with a steam shower. The first room I was book in had a working steam in the shower but the actual shower itself didn't work. The second room they booked me in had a working shower and steam but the shower adjustment was broken. The room had some chipping paint on the ceiling also. Outside of that it really is a nice room. The facilities is nice too. A few of the ammenities were not active. The grounds is nice too. Some parts of the resort is definitely Social Media friendly where great contect can be produced. I think you will like it as a quick getaway if you are in the NYC/Albany area but don't go expecting a top tier luxury experience.

The place was amazing, had great views. The hospitality was not a 5. It was a 10. For the next 4 years it will be our place to stay

This place gets a very unfair rap. I loved every bit of my stay. May say it lacks employees and I think that’s the best part. There’s not a bunch of people in your face. It literally felt like me and my wife rented out the whole entire resort. The room was extremely spacious. Unnecessary corner space by the fridge. Not sure what they could put there. But it’s plenty of room for cartwheels lol. My favorite part of the room was the Steam Room/Shower. That was by far the highlight. The soundproof rooms make it really feel like you’re all alone. I loved it. It’s for sure going to be a yearly retreat for me. Around this same time. The ONLY thing I would change is the Juice Bar. They are horrible and overpriced. I would not recommend a $16 watered down juice/smoothie to anybody. By next year I hope you hire someone who knows how to really make a tasty smoothie. 4.6/5 for me. If they up the Juice Bar it’s 5/5
