Everything was fabulous. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless. And the breakfast was really good, with a great selection of items.

We were aware that our room would be cleaned every other day however the day that our room was scheduled to be cleaned, the linens where pulled up on the bed but the dirty towels that we left on the bathroom floor were still on the floor, the kitchenette was not cleaned nor were the trash cans emptied. Nothing was replenished in the room and I had to go down to the front desk that you need to request fresh towels.

Camellia at the front desk is fabulous. She is so personable and helpful. My favorite staff member for sure. The room was great this year. We stay there every Christmas.

The location was clean and easy accessible. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable to area attractions. Rooms were spacious, supplied with all necessities, and very clean. The only negative would be ice machines not turned on upper floors. Definitely will be back.
