The room was spotless, all the staff were helpful and courteous. Madison the manager went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a small maintenance issue which meant we were not able to stay in the room we had booked. She was very helpful and found us a delightful accommodation, making the 5 day stay a warm and welcoming experience. I will be booking here again.

Upon arrival we were told by the manager at the front desk that our reservation had been canceled due to a leak/ which we later learned it was due to overbooking. They said they had made us a reservation at another hotel a few blocks away and that it was a nicer hotel. We had no choice with luggage in hand and 2 kids to head to the other hotel.

The staff in the breakfast/happy hour area were fantastic. Sonia was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay. She welcomed us each time and remembered us. It is that type of recognition that adds to the enjoyment of your stay. Thank you Sonia!!

Staff was great!! Breakfasts hot and tasty. Room was very tired….chipped and cracked furniture…..doors scratched and chipped…..not up to the standards previously set by the Westhouse.

Not a 5 Star Hotel. Room not ready on arrival, didn’t get into it until 9pm. When we did the room did not have towels (apparently a shortage) & room not large enough for a family of 4. Need of refurbishing Room not cleaned on the first day. Breakfast buffet was ok but not the best.
