The room was great - spacious and clean! There were always parking spots available. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. They also have a free 24/7 coffee station (sadly 2 of the coffee pots and the hot chocolate was missing upon check-out. Not sure if this is planned or was just a coincidence). My daughter got sick twice while in bed! We had to ask for clean sheets a couple of times and the staff were happy to help! The staff were wonderful overall! The laundry facilities were a bit pricey, but efficient and very convenient in case of emergency. The pool was fun, BUT it would have been nicer if it was a little warmer (we went in the winter). The hot tub was too hot - I tried to get in, but could only bare it for a moment. The hotel was easy to find and check-in and check-out was smooth. I would recommend staying here and would go back. :)

Very friendly staff!!

The staff was wonderful. Parking, check in, and housekeeping were great. We used the pool, gym, and ate the continental breakfast: my kids loved the hot waffles, and omelets included with breakfast. We stayed on New Years Eve, so it was a little crowded.. but everything was clean, and run well.

Room was spotless, check in was super easy, front desk staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! This will be our go to when visiting East Rochester!
