Nice big 1 bedder suite. Sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Comes with fully equipped kitchen, and very convenient with a supermarket (IGA) just beside the hotel. My kids loved the room. Staff was very pleasant as well. The hotel had 3 Self serve washers (CAD$3) and 3 dryers (CAD$2) which is very convenient for us. Seems to be in pretty high utilisation. I usually used them earlier in the morning which all washers and dryers were available. Hotel location was very convenient in the heart of downtown Vancouver in the shopping district. Metro was well within walking distances and many choices for good food!

Checkin was a frustrating experience. My booking was for 4 people but they only put towels for 2. Room felt aged and not up to the standard of a posh downtown hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was ideal for our plans.
