Good location above the mall, rooms Good, just the toilet systems don't work properly but repaired quickly.close to lots of restaurants

Beautiful hotel right next to beach, and the shopping mall downstairs makes it ideal for any emergency shopping. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff attentive. Will definitely stay there next time I go to Durban

Ambiance music in the hotel was really loud to the point that it was difficult to hear the receptionist. Type of music played was sort of "house music", not what we expected for a 5*.
Also the view at the back was horrible on the lowest floors : we had a straight view onto the closest unfinished buildings. Not what we expected for the price we paid.
The staff was however amazing, very friendly and helpful. And the hotel and apartment were spotless clean.
