I hesitated to book because of the price. Our villa had a king and 2 twins. We did not use the twins as we are older and could not navigate that ladder. I chose this because of the pool which was stupid because there is a huge roped off are of lake immediately in front of the villa. The lake temp was perfect and we appreciated morning swims while watching the sun rise. The included breakfast was good. I appreciated the lattes! The excursions were expensive but to see and hear bamboo move from a wild elephant was worth it. I suspect the 360 rai was closer to wildlife and for those hoping for a peak for wild elephants, that's your place. Note that people with mobility issues should be forewarned. The long tail boats require some dexterity and strength to move through.

The 3 nights we stayed were 3 of the best nights of my 3 1/2 month trip! From the airport pick up and drop off to the pier transfer their staff was spot on! There wasn’t a meal we ordered that wasn’t delicious or wouldn’t order a second time! The desk and kitchen staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay there memorable! Khoa Sok National Park is Thailand’s gold mine!

Breathtaking views. Wonderful staff. Food was surprisingly bad especially considering the inflated prices. The Thai dishes were not good, Pad Thai was overly sweet, egg was on the side along with a pile of sugar, no peanuts, no bean sprouts. Green Curry was only cucumbers and boiled chicken.

This was incredible!! It’s a bit of an effort to get too but is totally worth it. One of the best travel experiences I have had. We had 2 nights which I feel is the min amount of time to make the most of the beautiful park. The staff were so good with our children and made us feel so welcome.

The property is absolutely stunning, nestled amidst the jungle, offering a unique and serene experience. However, for the price we paid (₹40,000 per night), we expected a more seamless and premium experience. To reach the resort, one must take a long-tail boat from the pier. We were recommended a private long-tail boat for 24 hours as we were a group of six. Unfortunately, we faced several issues: 1. As we boarded the boat, we were warned about the possibility of rain and provided only two covers for our luggage. When it began raining heavily, the boat operator prioritized covering himself first and later gave us 2-3 covers, which were insufficient for six people. 2. We were supposed to enjoy sightseeing on our way to and from the resort. However, no effort was made to show us around—while going, it was raining, and on the return, they simply didn’t bother. 3. Although we were assured the boat would be available for 24 hours, during our stay, they denied this and said it was only for pickup and drop-off. 4. After sharing our concerns, the resort offered a 15% discount on food, which we appreciated. 5. Despite paying a premium, our check-in was delayed by an hour as the rooms were not ready. 6. The vegetarian food options were limited, which was disappointing. 7. Overall, the food and stay were highly overpriced. Complimentary inclusions and a more curated experience would greatly enhance the value. 8. Safaris and excursions were exorbitantly priced. Offering some of these experiences as complimentary could significantly improve guest satisfaction. That said, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were warm and courteous, and the owner personally greeted us in the evening with drinks and desserts, which was a lovely touch. In conclusion, this is a beautiful place and a must-visit for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. However, addressing the above suggestions would make the stay truly memorable and leave a lasting impression on visitors.
