Rooms were renovated ( they certainly needed it) and are now very nice. Good food at Hotel Bistro

The property offers excellent value with fantastic location and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, complemented by a pleasant garden and nice lake area. While cleanliness and some facilities could improve slightly, the stay was very enjoyable and worth considering.

Very nice accommodation, recently refurbished, very comfortable beds, everything is new, the bar facilities looked great, we just had a drink however, if we stay again we would definitely try the food. A little walk to the centre otherwise literally a 1 min drive. I am very picky and was pleasantly surprised

We spent 2 nights here, so we could do a tour of K’Gari and thought it was fine. We had a king room with all we needed. The ladies in the front reception we accommodating and friendly. We were given coupons for supper and drinks the night we checked in for the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. It’s quite quiet which was great, parking right out front was good as long as no one else took your spot. We found the bed was comfortable and everything else was essentially all that we needed while we were there. It does have a pool although we never had the chance to use it. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

The room is ground floor with under cover car parking, a small table setting outside, the bed is very comfortable, big open shower area with flat access, large smart tv, a/c, fridge, room service for lunch and dinner from the complex bistro, a breakfast pack is apparently available from reception. Would I stay again? Absolutely!
