Nice staff and comfortable place

체크아웃하는날 폭설로 버스운행이 중단되서 후쿠오카로 갈수가 없는데 택시마저 잡히지않아 어떻하나 걱정만하는데 료칸에서 아소역까지 태워다주셔서 기차를 타고 무사히 후쿠오카로 왔습니다. 료칸측의 배려에 감사합니다~

개인온천 딸린 방 - 온천은 40도 유지 수질도 좋고 온천은 정말 최고! 아침식사도 만족할만했으나, 저녁식사 퀄러티는 동일 가격대 료칸대비 떨어짐. 여기는 온천과 아침식사까지, 저녁식사는 동네 나가서 먹는 것을 추천, 료칸에서 차량서비스는 매우 잘 되고 있으니, 적극 이용하면 편리함.

Greeted at the doorstep, hospitable, and dedicated in communicating well. Also arranging transport to the town area. The private onsen baths were such a treat in winter late Dec, and their booked onsen had nice scenery. Magical place and we want to go back.

Exceptional room with open air onsen, great staff with good service and English.
