쿠로카와 온센 료칸 코우노유

음식은 기대하지 마세요, 가이세키라 격식은 마춰 나오지만 와 엄청나다 정돈 아닙니다. 객실은 정말 깨끗하고 개인 노천탕 분위기가 위 음식 단점을 씹어 먹어버립니다. 직원들 한국어는 못하지만 영어로 친절하게 설명해주시고 번역기도 잘 쓰세요. 온천패스 쓰면서 이틀 머물렀지만 다른 온천 보다 여기 대중탕이 진짜 최고였습니다. 물온도며 깊은 온천이며 나무랄께 없었구요 위치가 중심부보다 외곽 이지만 풍경과 노천 온천 분위기만큼은 정말 꼭 한번 느껴보세요

This was our second stay at a ryokan and Konoyu completely exceeded our expectations! We cannot overstate how well-cared for we felt by the staff. As soon as we pulled up to the property, a host greeted us and took our luggage before directing us to parking. This attentive service was consistent throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised that our accommodation was a maisonette, as we thought it was a simple hotel room with a private onsen. We would recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The meals were also outstanding and they were able to easily accommodate our dietary restrictions.

One staff is exceptional but another is very rude, maybe miscommunication or just attitude towards foreigner. They have a machine that translate Japanese to English, and that one staff is exceptionally friendly, 5 stars of out 5. But when we check out, the other staff is quite rude, but anyway, overall it was a great stay. Price is not cheap but I think it is worthy.

숙소 안에 프라이빗 온천이 있어 내가 원힐 때 언제든 이용가능해서 정말 좋았습니다. 숙소도 숙소지만 무엇보다도 직원들의 고객 서비스에 감탄이 나올 정도였습니다. 료칸에 일하시는 모든 분들이 정말 친절하였고 특히 조식과 석식시 서비스를 담당하였던 여자 서버 분이 정말 친절하셨습니다. 영어도 가능하셔서 의사소통도 가능했습니다. 덕분에 좋은 추억 쌓고 갈 수 있었습니다. 저희는 렌트카로 이동하였는데 오가는 길이 정겹고 일본의 시골을 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 렌트카로 이동하는 걸 추천드립니다! 만약 다시 머물 기회가 있다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶습니다. 감사합니다 :)

덕분에 너무 좋은 여행 되었습니다. 숙소, 온천. 식사 모두 최고였고, 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 저녁식사 때 왼손으로 식사하는 걸 캐치하셔서 다음날 조식에는 왼손 식사세팅 하시는 세심한 배려도 좋았습니다
