파라디소 푸쿡 리조트

We booked an 8 night stay here, upon arrival our booking was not known about, the only member of staff could not speak any other languages or read translation. Whilst we waited for someone on the phone to find our booking we waited in an area that we can only assume used to be a bar/food area, sadly this is no longer in use so there is no food or drinks available at the property. The rooms are basic but could do with a good clean, It is such a shame as this hotel could be such a lovely place with some tlc, the pool is good, the setting would be great as well if their were some staff around and some facilities in use On our 3rd day we woke to no power at all and no one could tell us when it would be back Due to the lack of facilities and the cleaning we moved to another hotel
