Staff was amazing and so helpful. We were able to navigate the island with their help. So friendly and quick to respond with whatever we needed. Highly recommended!!! Great cave experience we loved it.

It's a great location and the highlight is the experience (cave). The host, Henrick, is fantastic and helped us with everything we needed.

Staff was great. Uncomfortable living inside cave as got hurt twice. Taxi wasn't able to reach all the way to the hotel.

Aura Caves was in a nice location. I choose this hotel because I needed a place without a bunch of steps. I was incredibly disappointed when we got there and was told the pool didn't work. This was one of the main things we wanted to experience while we were there. In return the host gave us transportation around the island which worked out most of the time we were there. Ubers/Taxi's are expensive on the island so it probably was worth more than than having the pool work, but I would have still liked the pool to be available or have been told prior to us arriving and had the option to get our money back and go somewhere else. We were told that a kid broke a light out of it the previous week and they didn't know when it would be fixed. When I went to look at it, it looked to me that there were other issues but nothing was going to fix it anyway so there was no need to complain about it.
