The unit was clean and all the items where clean in the unit ..just the window blinds in the living area were damaged and advised the maintenance company

The fireplace was loud and making noise that we couldn’t use it. There was no hot water in the mornings. There is no blackout blinds in the bedroom. The pool area is in a separate building and had to go outside or into the parkade for access. Loved Canmore but won’t stay here again.

Checking in was stressful as there is no on-site front desk everything is online, with a toddler crying and driving down from out of town with crappy weather my checking was stressful. The suite was really spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was our second time staying here, will definitely come back.

Beds were too soft for my comfort. The two bedroom suite was lovely, but rather over priced for off season. If you're wanting something close to the town, be prepared to walk 20 minutes to reach the centre. I had no opportunity to use the pool or other services, so have no comment. The room itself was very clean and the view of the mountains was nice.
