great value nd easy to get to from the city

Yucky! Smell so bad! Toilets dirty, bed spring is hard *^+•~#!?

Two young drunks were loitering around the foyer banging the chocolate machines, look drunk/high on drugs. Room was literally alike a prison cell. Only cost £30 but first and last time.

The room wasn't as expected and certainly not a double bed as advertised - this was described by the reception as a 'pod' and looked like a pigeon hole/shelf unit

I expected a capsule when the description on the website was a 'cabin' when booking although the images did not show what I was going to be allocated. The single room images look like cabins, plus my confirmation said a double bed so I did wonder why I got a small box with a single bed. The was also freezing cold - so cold that my drink was colder when I woke up next morning that when I took it out of the fridge in the supermarket the night before. I also had to sleep fully dressed under a thin duvet. All in all I expected what I got for what I paid, I got a reasonable nights sleep but that was down to being tired from 3 days of travelling and sleeping on trains rather than the comfort of a room. Essentially the lack of honesty when advertising cheap rooms like this is why AirBnB will be my go to for a bed for one nights rest, I have never had someone's spare room modelled on a fridge. If you are trying to be a capsule hotel then offer some privacy, part of the reason I didn't want a hostel bed was that I don't want to be on display while asleep - I like some privacy. Essentially I got a hostel bed surrounded by MDF in an attempt to be a capsule.
