Hotel Balocco was more than I had imagined and is an exceptional hotel in every category. It is so beautiful and the location and setting are spectacular. Every member of the staff from the concierges who go above and beyond to accommodate you, to the workers who maintain the beauty and cleanliness to the highest standards. The restaurant buffet breakfast is delicious as is the dining experience for lunch and dinner. Every worker is so friendly and always smiling and it sets the mood and atmosphere for a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. I truly believe they should be considered a 5 star hotel after my experience and I want to thank Damir, Roberto, Tina, Sall and Agustino for making my vacation here so fabulous !!!
