Can be loud at night because it’s near a disco

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially as the hotel did not live up to the positive reviews and recommendations we saw on Expedia. The room had a dirty floor on arrival, and the shower was in poor condition — the shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in place, so we had to hold it while showering. There was even a hole in the roof of the shower area. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it miserable to sleep on. Only two pillows were provided for two guests; when we requested two more, it felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Overall, the standard of the room and amenities fell far short of expectations, leaving a sour taste in our mouths not only about the hotel but also about Expedia’s recommendations.

Particularmente não gostei. Os quartos são ok, mas o banheiro deixa muito a desejar. Inicialmente reservei o quarto standard, mas ao chegar no hotel o banheiro era muito ruim e solicitei um up grade que só foi possível mediante pagamento de 500 bath a mais por diária. Apesar de termos mudado de quarto o banheiro melhorou pouca coisa, a parte mais negativa foi o chuveiro que não era bem um chuveiro e sim uma ducha, quem tiver cabelo longo irá sofrer para lavar, água sem força. Alem disso não possui apoio para shampoo, condicionador, tem que deixar no chão. Outro ponto negativo é o barulho das festas, isolamento acústico zero, geralmente o barulho vai até umas 02:30 -03:00. O café da manhã é razoável, mas com poucas opções, os cindo dias que ficamos comemos a mesma coisa.
