We booked for 2 days hoping to spend time with our daughter who is studying in Baguio but this is the worst place I ever booked using Agoda. I do not recommend this to anyone planning to stay in Baguio. Worst is that even if the staff knew of our issue, they chose to ignore and did not bother to reply. I demanded a refund or at least a partial refund or at least an acknowledgement of the problem in the toilet and hopefully an apology from the unit owner but it all went to deaf ears. No one really cared. We stayed in unit *** of the North Wing and immediately noticed that the floor of the toilet is wet but initially thought it was newly cleaned so we just placed a rag and went out to meet with our daughter and had dinner. When we came back, the rag was soaking wet, meaning there is clearly a leak somewhere. Not wanting to disturb the staff since we went back late that night, we reported it the following day. A staff member responded and called maintenance, but the repair took hours and was unsuccessful due to faulty parts. The maintenance staff also handled the toilet and fixtures in an unsanitary manner, contaminating the sink and surrounding areas, which I had to sanitize myself. As he was trying to figure out why no water is coming out of the bidet, he disassembled the head and it went inside the toilet bowl. He casually dipped his hand inside and took the head and placed it on the sink. At this point, I wanted to check out already as I felt that the bathroom was already contaminated. He later went out and touched the door, the knob, the screen. I had to finish my alcohol in order to sanitize the place. Despite the time and inconvenience, the leak persisted. We were unable to properly use or rest in the room, and the bathroom remained wet which prompted my daughter to go back to her condo and didn’t stay with us anymore for the second night. We also decided to check out early before 7am the next day. The staff volunteered to send another maintenance to check the place again but what’s the use? We already decided to spend the rest of the night in our daughter’s condo and only cane back to sleep a few hours before eventually checking out. I requested a refund due to the poor condition and service, but no resolution was provided before checkout. At the very least, the unit owner should apologize for the inconvenience we endured but none was given. Not even the basic courtesy from the staff to answer my follow up messages sent via SMS. To say that we are disappointed is an understatement. This is a terrible place and staff and unit owners showed little concern to guests’ comfort. The room should be ready before they are turned over to guests. You don’t troubleshoot the repair when the guests are there already.

This is our 3rd time staying in Outlook Ridge Residences and its been our go to accommodation when visiting in Baguio. Sorrounded by trees and has very laid back vibe. Staff were friendly. Has a perfect overlooking view of the area. Near camp john hay.
