NH Collection Andorra Palomé

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Andorra and as a travel blogger would recommend this if you want a peaceful stay in Andorra. The location is gorgeous. I saw in a review that the sound of the nearby water was seen as a negative but for me it added to the whole experience. The staff were friendly; a few standouts included Angel at breakfast. He was especially kind and accommodating. (Breakfast itself was great too.) Zianya at reception also went out of her way to help me reschedule my Caldea booking, which made things easier. If I had one small critique, it would be the manager overseeing breakfast service. He came across as a bit abrupt compared to the rest of the team. There was a moment when we asked about getting water for the gym, and while Angel tried his best to help, the situation was made to feel more complicated than it needed to be due to the breakfast manager. Overall, a really positive stay and I’d happily return.
