Considering the rate of $750 AUD per night and the expectations associated with the Hilton brand was very poor It appears the property may be operating without a proper General Manager, as many aspects of the hotel fail to meet Hilton standards: The lobby feels chaotic and disorganized, more like a BUSY BUS STOP than a resort. There is a noticeable lack of luxury décor and high-quality furnishings in both the lobby and the rooms. During check-in, I was assisted by an unfriendly staff member, which is very unlike the warm, genuine hospitality Fijians are known for. I requested a bucket of ice at 6:30 pm, which did not arrive until 10:34 pm—after multiple follow-up phone calls. There is a hole in the bathroom wall/tile that had been covered with tissues. More tissues were stuffed into the ceiling to hold a panel in place. The tea and coffee container in the room was damaged due to water exposure. These issues are unacceptable for a property operating under the Hilton brand. Based on my experience, the hotel more closely resembles a 3-star holiday rental rather than a premium resort.

Property is really long so it’s a lot to walk
