I traveled to Ha Noi last year, 2025. This was good experience. Hotel was good, nice, and friendly staff. In addition, location was very convenient for us. Thank you and willing hotel continued success.

the hostel is near the street shopping, street food treats and resto. the room is nice so as the staff.

The place is near to tourist spots, staff can converse in English well, plus points for free sumptuous breakfast, cons are there is no elevator and room was quite small

Like most (not all) hotels in Hanoi, you take a narrow staircase up to your floor. I was on the 4th floor and thankfully, the receptionist helped to take up my suitcase. The pictures are not accurate from the booking app and I was pretty surprised at the stark difference of the room and the pictures. It didn’t look like anyone cleaned the bathroom before I arrived. They had towels, water, and ample tp which is important. However, there were stains on the towels and the walls were dirty. I stayed because I didn’t want to repack my things several times. Location is great. Would I stay again? Most likely not; there are better places and it might be ok to spend a little more. Lesson learned!
