The hotel is good Clean & comfort Recommended

This hotel is known as Hotel Nuve Stellar before it was taken by Amrise hotel. Me and my husband always go to Hotel Nuve Stellar before because we loved the location, the room, and very affordable. But now, a lot of changes: - the management: filipina staff is very friendly - there’s a road construction on going in front of the hotel - the room seems newly renovated except that the shower heater is not working properly. It will burn your skin if you stay too long because once you open it, the water will be hotter and will not cool down even if you want to.

Very small room. Not supportive staff… location is such that everyday car driver choose to drop backside. Even the day wen we arrived. The reception person. Didn’t had courtsey to guide us that we can bring our luggage to lobby directly by lift at backside… neither cleaning staff was gud. And the rooms of same catagory are of different size. Better to check once before opting…

The place is located to a lot of MRT and bus stations, making it very convenient for travelers. Staff are also accommodating and friendly.

Staff very helpful and polite. Good and clean environment.
