Better enforcement of these rules would significantly enhance comfort and consistency for guests seeking a more tranquil environment. On a very positive note, the housekeeping team truly stood out. Their service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and consistently efficient. Rooms were impeccably maintained, and the staff demonstrated genuine care and commitment, which greatly enhanced my stay. In summary, Kempinski Doha delivers a high-quality experience, but improvements in café service efficiency and enforcement of pool usage policies would elevate it further. Special recognition is deserved for the housekeeping staff, whose superb service reflects the hotel’s true potential.

Of all the places we’ve stayed in the Middle East this has by far been my favourite. It’s probably more of a personal preference of myself but the only tiny detail which hindered our stay was the pillows in the room, they were far too soft and offered no support. As mentioned, other than this tiny personal detail the rest of the hotel was incredible. Sandy in the lobby was lovely and always smiley and happy to greet us, as was Eric in the valet. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Doha!
