Pehmeä pstja!!! Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja hotellin yleisilme muutenkin siisti. Aamupala hyvä, mutta päivällistä emme voi suositella.

The Staff was ex,cellent. This time time I opted and paid for the bigger room (402) for 5 nights. However the room - after staying at your hotel a good number of times in the past years, this time round I found that firstly the Bathroom toilet bowl, was not exactly clean as I expected. The sink was old, the tap was not exactly stable, the shower strap leaked but worst of all was the mattress was not comfortable at all. The sides are high and the middle very sunken in. This affected our sleep. The low chair in the room was not comfortable - in fact two table level chairs would be much better. The TV remote did not work properly for the first 2 nights. We came back one day - the remote was missing and had to request for a new one. It's sad because I used to think that Holiday Inn Express Sathorn was one of my choice hotels when I am in Bangkok. Thank you.

The room was great and the staff were very helpful
