혼돈의 빠간에서 지내다 여기서 지내니 천국이 따로 없음. 주변에 고급식당도 많고 델리메트로도 가까움 공항도 가깝고 우버가 잘잡혀서 좋음

Took longer to check in than to get through immigration at the airport! Wanted to put me in a smoking room, even though prebooked and prepaid for non. Then decided single bed was all they could find, before finally going to an access room on the smoking floor, but was not a smoking room. All taking ages at 1am. They had messaged the day before asking my time of arrival, which I stated was ‘1am’ and they have replied ‘noted and we will be ready.’ Far far from it. Room otherwise was fine and door staff were nice.

1. Booked for two days suite stayed for non smoking zone. But still allocated suite in smoking zone at 2nd. Mr Aniket Duty manager didn’t read script at all for customer request. After brief discussion with him he down play his fault shifted in small room to cover himself. Upon cross checking found that he is charging almost similar amount for smaller room. Food at Iva restaurant served terrible and stale. Look like they just adding in lot of salt in food for saving. Such a big hotel name chain failure to provide weighting machine. Order for masala tea took almost 35-40 mintues. By time it’s delivered it was so cold. All over very bad experience. Apart for polite words nothing is concrete. Will never staying again at Holdiay inn Aero city New Delhi.
