Stuff is unhelpful. Service is very bad and stuff is rude. They are trying to make money on you, not matter what, especially if you are not from Russia, but from US or Europe. Very bad service and very old hotel and rooms.

The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing.

Great hotel, plenty of space, lovely pools, our favourite was the adult only relax pool, staff so helpful and friendly. Will put the towels on your sunbed for you, drinks brought round for you, even without asking! Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Very clean, beautiful grounds, good choice of restaurants to eat in, all food is really good, with a lot of choice. Will defo come back

Ristoranti molto buoni, soprattutto quello Valtur. Qualità del cibo buona. Uso della navetta scomodo per le stanze lontane. Ho ripetutamente chiesto una stanza più vicina alla reception e nessuno ha mai verificato se ce ne fosse qualcuna libera.
