서면 호텔25시

롯데백화점 뒤쪽이라 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 직원분이 친절하셔서 호텔 첫인상도 좋았습니다. 객실도 청소가 잘 되어있었지만 약간의 냄새가 나서 청소 하시는 분께 페브리즈 받아서 뿌렸고 세면대에 물이 잘 안빠졌어요. 그거 말곤 이틀 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

Ending up without a hotel, no money and Agoda services together with the 25 hour hotel are the worst of the worst. Never had such a bad experience reserving a hotel. Terrible

Great position in city and great shower. Everything else lacking. Heated floor never turns off! You need to leave the air conditioner running to combat it. Asked the staff everyday of our 3 nighg stay to turn it off. They said it is "off" but the floor was hot every single day. Very hard to sleep in at night. Mattresses are worn out and are wrapped in plastic. Very sweaty to sleep on. Unacceptable at this price range. Not even hostels wrap mattress in plastic. Hotel also rents out rooms for 4 hours at a time, is that why plastic wrapped? The window looks at another building 1m away, advertised as "city view". No view to see. Not clean, lots of hairs everywhere, towels thin and worn out, same as bedding. Would not stay again. Staff very polite but can not fix the always on heated flooring and the dirtiness.

Location was <10mins walk from Seomyun station which was extra convenient for our stay in Busan! The bed was comfy and you can request for various amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc). Great value for money overall.
