Very gud hotel with nice amenities...staff very co operative...rooms are super clean and hygienic and interior is very gud.

The behavior of the Hotel is pathetic. The Hotel does not provide receipt of stay to the customers. I stayed in Shimla Heritage Hotel, Karol Bagh, Delhi on 25th September 2023. booking ID is 1064504921. I paid Rs 2126 for the room. I asked the owner Mr Darmiyan Singh to provide me with the receipt of Hotel stay. He told it will be sent to your email by the booking site i.e Agoda. I did not receive any receipt in my e-mail till date. After waiting for 10 days, I called Mr Darmiyan Singh and requested him to e-mail me the receipt of Hotel Stay. He told I will check and revert back next day. Neither did he call me back nor sent any Hotel Receipt till date though more than two months have passed. I don't understand what's the problem in providing a valid Hotel receipt when the Customer has actually stayed in the Hotel and paid the rent to Hotel. The room #201 in which we stayed had unbearable smell of paint. The smell was so strong that we had a headache. The exhaust fan in washroom burnt and our room was filled with smoke. I told the person at counter but no one paid a heed to it. I called many times to remove the plates from room, but no one turned up and the dirty plates were lying there till we left the room. These guys shifted us in another hotel of theirs by saying u have a local id n when i booked online it was meantioned that local id is allowed but when we reached their they refused n shifted in us in another hotel which looked nice but they gave us a bad room which wasn’t cleaned it was like no one stayed in that room for a while the quilt were not provided even the rest room was bad when asked them to change the room they said they booked fully n before showing us the room they took the payment so unfortunately we had to stay their for a night the hotel name was hotel maurya heritage.
