Hotelnya sepi dan tidak "meriah" dengan aksesoris atau acara-acara. Jadi berasa kurang ramai saja situasi hotelnya. Namun lokasi yang dipinggir jalan raya utama oke juga.

Good enough

Had a very bad experience. Booked non-smoking standard room, but when we checked in, the room smells like it’s a smoking room with a very not clean bedsheet, it has so many stains and even the bedsheet color was not white anymore (more like white color that becoming grey). We complained with reception that our room was not a non-smoking room as we already booked. But they lied that it was actually a non-smoking room and later told us that all room already full. They suggested us that we can upgrade a room if we want. Because it was already late at night, so we agreed on upgrading room with extra cost of course. After we arrived at upgrading room, it turned out that the room was exactly the same type room with before but it has signed “non-smoking”. So the staffs was lying and telling us that all the non-smoking room already full. They just want to charged us extra cost.

Location: ★★★★☆ The hotel location is acceptable and convenient. Cleanliness: ☆☆☆☆☆ Cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was extremely dusty, and there was trash left under the bed, indicating the room was not properly cleaned. The bedsheet had visible blood stains and was grey in color instead of clean white. Towels were also discolored and clearly old. Overall: ★☆☆☆☆ This stay was very disappointing due to poor housekeeping standards. Basic cleanliness was not met. I would not recommend this hotel unless management significantly improves room hygiene.
