Friendly staff that helped with things to do near by. The room was small but the beds were comfortable

Host was eager to help but more eager to sell. Rooms were very basic and plain. Nothing special. No water. Sheets were stained. Pillows had holes in them. Breakfast was very light and simple. We were told they had no vegetables one morning. I think the omelet was only half an egg because it was so thin and light, I had to keep my fork in it to keep it from blowing away. I felt like there were several occasions in my two days there that someone kept coming into my room to turn off things to save electricity, but I can't prove it. Another guest was trying to book a bus for the same day (normally 350k) but when the guest asked the host to book, she said she called 5 places and all seats were sold out. Then she said she found a seat for the guy, but it would be 450k, and he needed to book it now. He accepted, but it seemed like a scam to me. We needed the same bus and just walked to the closest tour company to the hotel, and they gave us 2 seats, no problem.

Bon Ami is located in right in the heart of the walking street where you can easily find food or drinks. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us to her very best in every way possible. I would totally stay here again!

Right in the city center near the walking street, yet very quiet at night. Great staff who love to help you plan your stay in Hue and onward travel.

It is a well organized place, clean and confortable with small but good bedrooms. The location is just perfect the breakfast is good and the owner is very very nice.
