Parfait. Accueil d'une extrême gentillesse, chambres propres, bonne nourriture, très bonne organisation de tous les services. Nous avions oublié notre ordinateur portable, il nous l'on fait déposé gratuitement à Bangkok le jour même sans vouloir de dédommagement malgré notre insistance.. Nous recommandant très fortement cette gentille famille

Prettig verblijf in kleine hutjes. Rustig gelegen, maar wel wat verder van centrum. Prima zwembad, goed onderhouden terrein.

The customer service is excellent and homey. Unfortunately the facilities are lacking. The staff did mention they were undergoing renovations and had told us our bathroom door can't be closed, but other issues were found. Our air conditioner does drip condensation that needs to be sorted. Also, the walls are so thin that any conversation heard outside will be heard, ruining our sleep and any sense of privacy. Otherwise a suggestion can be made to the bathroom - since it has more standing room than the bed room, I suggest putting more shelves or even tables in there to improve storage options

The basic problems of the hotel are: 1. The lighting inside the rooms really low (you cannot see your self clearly in the mirror or read a book) 2. No closet or room for luggages, of course no safe 3. no proper locks on the doors, you loose a lot of time trying to lock or unlock a door/window 4. millions of insects (some rooms have more than the others) 5. Very bad WiFi (I couldn't work on my laptop continuously for more than a few minutes in all of the rooms I moved to (3 in total because of the problem with the insects in the 2 out of 3) 6. Very bad toilet smell. 7. The walls of this very small rooms full of cracks and dissolving 8. simple facilities like fridge or hairdryer are not included
