棉被很絲柔滑舒服，大廳的招待飲料爆米花好喝好吃，早餐在對面棟，服務人員有的會笑臉迎人，有的跟你擦身而過也不會打招呼，房內有的汽水飲跟腰果薯片不用錢，就在蒂芬妮人妖秀場隔壁棟！

Yes, I had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and very courteous. I will be returning to stay again as soon as possible.

The hotel staff are wonderful. The front office mgr Mr. Bao Yoosri was understanding and helpful. The hotel is nice and in a good location. The rooms could use general maintenance and repair. The rooms are not soundproofed. You hear quite allot. Facility water pressure is not constant. One could get a jolt of hot water when not expected. I tried 3 different rooms. They all had the same issues. The maintenance person tried to adjust the water pressure issue. He basically just turned off the hot water supply to the room. 😶 This property has potential to meet the rating it wants. They just need to work for it. Make their rooms better to meet the price point.

The staff is outstanding. On the surface it's a nice place. I tried 3 different rooms. 1-3-4th floors The water pressure is not very reliable on any floor On the 4th fl. You can hear the water pipes banging. Quite annoying No soundproofing between rooms. You can hear your neighbors. I noticed sloppy maintenance. Paint drips on the tv. Missing kick board pieces. 3rd FL room had a light drain smell in the bathroom. In all it's a nice place. It just requires better maintenance and room upkeep. Room quality should improve. I've found the same issues in Turkiye, Greece, Japan and Dubai. The lobby looks great. The rooms are not up to standard. Price points are not being met.
