Location is great but the place is unfortunately poorly maintained. Rooms are ok but bathroom was dirty. Closet broken as well as rack for hanging towels. Pool has a spectacular view but extremely limited opening hours. Breakfast very basic. Be aware of mosquitoes, there are a lot!

Photos lie, probably taken ages ago. The room was less than basic, uncomfortable hard mattress (and I've lived in Thailand for many years), 1 small pillow, no toiletries, not so clean room, dusty balcony, wood chairs no pillows. Breakfast was terrible. I understand 100% they don't offer breakfast buffet in these difficult times (it felt like we were the only guests), but Nescafe and Coffee Mate?? We are in the coffeeland! The quality of the food was bad, with the exception of 2 super fresh eggs from the roaming hens. All in all, a disappointing experience that doesn't match the reviews and the photos.

Not obvious where to check in (nobody at the office), had to call them. Pool far from room (but looked good). Room said to include minibar but didn't. No room service - had to ask 3 times to get new water. Room pictures had a chair for working at the desk, but there was only a small stool, not ideal for work. Bathroom had a prison vibe. Okay bed.

The room I was guided to first changed the room because it smelled moldy. Hot water does not come out on cloudy days if you are making hot water with sunlight.

前台員工非常有耐性協助住客提供旅遊景点，值得一贊!入住還升級房間，泳池十分漂亮，還境清静，早餐也不錯的，但健身室不是常開，要通知員工才開，、但酒店離市區購物点太遠了太不方便，每次出入都要叫Call Grab非常不便!除交通出入不方便外，整體郁算不錯的
