Room was overall clean and tidied well after each night with sufficient amenities. One thing to point out is that the curtain was slightly broken for one of the windows, so we didn’t touch that curtain switch and kept it closed the whole time. But otherwise, hotel staffs are very hospitable. It was a huge help for us that they took care of disposing our unwanted suitcases at the end of the stay.

excellent front desk staff, super helpful anf polite. on arrival the property reeks of stale cigarette smoke stench which intensified inside the elevator and in the corridor of the residential floors. got worse when I walked inside the room (non-smoking) — smelled like the inside of an ashtray. the housekeeping staff helped to place two air-filters inside the room and sprayed air freshener, but nothing could help with the stench because the smoke was all engrained into the furniture, the curtain, the bed sheets and towels etc. it was horrible. some of the lufht switches didn’t work.
