Our 4 night stay was amazing! The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, and had an incredibly comfortable bed/linens. Ours was one of their smaller rooms on the top floor, but we knew that at booking and didn't mind at all since our time was not spent in the room with beautiful Paris to explore. Of note, I use a wheelchair, but can walk short distances, so the 3 outside steps and 4 inside steps to the lobby were not a problem to navigate. From there, the elevator gets you to your floor and the basement, where you will find delicious and fresh breakfasts. The halls are fairly tight with many tight corners making them a challengeor most wheelchair users to navigate. However, some rooms are more accessible than others, as they open directly to open parts of the hall. I recomendation communicating your mobility needs with the hotel staff at booking. They are incredibly accommodating and friendly. Our experience with the staff was nothing short of perfect. A last minute flight change meant that we arrived early in the morning, well before expected and several hours before check-in. The concierge made every effort to accommodate our early arrival with only a couple hours notice, allowing us a much needed nap and shower after 13 hours of air travel. The hotel is situated within 20 minutes cab ride of several attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower, Louve, and Gare de Lyon. Additionally, bus and train travel is accessible within a 5 minute walk, approximately 2 blocks downhill. On the same corner, you will find a wonderful Cafe, several dining options, and a produce market. I feel like we found a gem with this hotel and would absolutely recommend it!

I had a comfortable room for a one night stay. Some confusion on arrival as I had booked and prepaid at the last minute and reception didn’t think I had paid. I was able to show the payment had been made at my end, and they contacted me later in the evening to confirm the payment went through. Very helpful reception found me a phone charging cord. No fridge in room but free coffee making at reception made up for this. Room very clean, comfortable and modern bathroom.

방은 좀 좁지만 에어콘도 조정이 되고 쾌적한 환경임. 특히 직원들, 그중에서도 식당 직원 매우 친절.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 편히 지내기가 좋았음. 관광지에서는 좀 외곽에 있지만 지하철 12호선 종점으로 콩코드 광장 등 시내까지 15분이면 감.

Location is in a quiet neighborhood and has easy access to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants & boulangerie. Staff are very helpful and kind. It’s clean and newly renovated. My family and I are happy to stay and will stay again in the future.
