Nice and clean, however the couch wasn't checked and we happened to find a ladies under garment down the side of the cushions.

We had no contact with staff as we got the room key from a lockbox so 1 * given

Very clean, modern and all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay

Good location for those who drive as it provides free parking. Spacious room for family of 4. Full service. Though never met any of the staff but communication quite fast and smooth via email. Just few steps away there is supermarket.

Whoever wrote the negative reviews below obviously didn’t bother to read the information sent by the hotel. Check in etc was extremely easy. The elevators and *free* car park was simple to navigate -the fobs for the car park, elevator and room are all lavelled and colour coded and the map actually made sense. The room had all the facilities you’d need. The idiots who whinged about the coffee pod machine obviously didn’t bother to open the pantry. Kettle, microwave, tea, coffee and sugar are in there. Super easy to get back to the freeway from The apartments and there’s a couple of decent venues in walking distance. I stayed with young children and would do so again.
