Beautiful hotel and location. The staff was great an attentive. Breakfast was included which is great but I personally didn’t love the food options. However the dinner menu was great and food was delicious loved the live music as well. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel grounds are great. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also very convinient to monkey forest, temples, waterfalls and rice fields. Loved outstanding in UBud.

The service was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful at every touchpoint. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for, which made a huge difference in our overall experience. The amenities were outstanding and immaculately maintained. The food deserves special mention—it was exceptional and honestly better than most of the restaurants in the surrounding area, both in quality and presentation. Every meal felt carefully curated and thoroughly enjoyable. The spa experience was exquisite. From the calming atmosphere to the professionalism and skill of the therapists, it was deeply relaxing and added another level of luxury to our stay. This was one of those rare experiences where everything simply felt right. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly exceptional resort experience—you won’t be disappointed.
