( ALL ) The Amazing Hard Working Staff at this Hotel Have to be Congratulated for making my stay so Exceptional before making any further comments on the Hotel Property Itself ! The Hotel has a Dynamic, Young, Fun,Highly Motivated and Energetic Team working in All Areas. I was greeted at the Hotel for my pre Christmas check-in by Rahel who had the most fantastic smile and Manner, she was a true Hospitality Specialist in every way. I would also like to thank all the other Staff Members who tirelessly worked extra hours over the Festive Period to make our Four Seasons Stay So Memorable. The Hotel itself is probably slightly smaller than other properties that I have stayed in but that is really part of the Appeal that it's a little more under the Radar by not dominating the Skyline. The Rooms are well appointed and are fitted with relaxing mood lighting that is easy on the eyes, The floor to ceiling windows make for an exciting view across parts of the City, Comfortable beds (standard at FSH Properties ) The Hotel has a small Swimming Pool, Spa and Very High Spec Gym which I used on a Daily Basis. The Marcus Restaurant at the Hotel offered a Fine selection of Food and Drinks, ( including Cocktails ) I had Breakfast Lunch and Dinner which were all of a Truly Exceptional Standard, Great Design, Ambiance and ON POINT Staff full of Smiles and Knowledge on the Menus Available. Everything was perfect. Professional staff, very clean and high end rooms!

Beautiful room, very clean and well kept. Amazing well equipped gym - best in the city. Restaurant is ridiculously expensive: breakfast (not a buffet) for one person was $65 no matter what you get (coffee is $10 alone).
