Restaurant was very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Very convenient location, easy to walk to stores/restaurants etc. Old fashioned however nice rooms. Very limited breakfast, smallest I’ve ever seen. Did not like there is no parking except around the block in underground parking. It was a pain having to park. Overall we will be back due to its great location.

The hotel is charming. It feels like an old-fashioned luxury hotel from the early 1900s. Each room has comfortable furniture and a fireplace! The downtown location is excellent for strolling. There are many restaurants in the area. The main downside is the lack of parking (again, much like an older hotel). We had free parking at a nearby lot because it was the holiday season, but I don't know what it would be like in the summer.

I didn't get the room as advertised/booked. I got a regular room, when I said that there may have been an error, I was shown another regular room that was clearly not the size of what I previously booked. I was tired so I gave up to avoid an argument. The food was okay but less selection than the previous stays. No cream cheese for the bagels! The fruit was not exactly on the fresh side. The second day there was fresh pastries and the coffee was good. Staff was friendly and tried their best.
