I was sent away - no longer provides accommodation!!

After being denied boarding at the airport and having to unexpectedly stay in Mumbai overnight, I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. They advertised an airport shuttle, but it didn't exist, so I had to take a taxi instead. I arrived, knocked on the door, and was immediately met by two angry guys that started yelling at me to get out. I tried explaining that I booked and paid for the room already, that I was exhausted, that it was dark (about 3:30am at this point) and that I had nowhere to go, but they wouldn't listen and insisted that I get out. So I was forced to sit on the steps outside and try to find another place to say, while hotels.com tried calling them. I heard that the phone rang, from hotels.com calling them, but they ignored it. Then a guy opened the door again and again told me to get lost. They kicked me out onto the street, and did not care in the slightest. I have been actively traveling for the past decade, and I can say without a doubt that this is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of booking. Unfortunately I cannot put zero stars, but if I could, I absolutely would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

easy approach to Hotel, anytime taxi to airport could be arranged.

It's totally waste of time as whatever is shown is not correct. Parking on the open road and unsafe. The breakfast was terrible. Bathroom had cockroaches. AC was not working.

It was ok for the price that was paid for the room
