Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. On a couple of times I would request for stuff like flat iron or microwave and it would take days to get it, i know the front desk crew did their job because i was always there when they made phonecalls to put in my request. Onetime a housekeeper came to clean my room and I told her to come back later because i was getting ready to dress up and she said “ I want to do it now” i just asked her to forget it for that day. I love Bukoto heights, the front desk crew are professional and prompt.

I always enjoy my stay at BH. Good value for money.

It was time for me and partner to rest and stay indoors unfortunately the television didn’t have any signal, no access to local television only 4 channels worked. There was a church or bar playing loud music most of the day and night. Apart from that I love l enjoy staying at heights.
