We chose this location, because it is close to the E19. The common areas of the hotel seem nice, but the rooms are extremely run-down and out-dated. From our 5th floor room, there was a considerable amount of road noise. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, even by Japanese standards. On a positive note, the room was a decent size. There was plenty of space for our belongings. It also had blackout curtains. The bathroom was average-sized. Everything was decently clean. The staff was helpful and spoke some English. The price of our room was quite high compared to the quality provided. Unless you can book a room for an extremely low price, I would not recommend staying here.
